     Branch Brook is a full-service health care facility licensed by the New Jersey Division of Community Affairs and owned and operated by a licensed registered nurse.  Our twenty-five years of experience in providing long term care gives us the ability to fully support our patients and the medical professionals that care for them. Our healthcare services are based around the concept of person-centered care.  

     Each resident is carefully evaluated before their move-in day by Branch Brook's registered nurse.  A customized plan of care is then created and will serve as a road map for the entire care team.  Any preparations and adjustments to their room, diet, or recreational experience are implemented before move-in so that their individual needs are optimized, and our staff understands the details of each person's care needs.
